Returns

Consumers have the right to return a product within 14 days without giving a reason.

Conditions

You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop. The returned product must be complete with all accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging. If the product has lost value due to use, we may deduct the decrease in value. Return costs are borne by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.

Refunds

We refund the paid amount within 14 days of receiving the product back.
