The Akyga AK-USB-04 is a USB 2.0 cable with a male USB-A plug at one end and a male USB-B plug at the other, the usual link for a printer, scanner or external drive enclosure. It carries data at up to 480 Mbps, and the 1.8 m length suits a typical desk setup.
