Ballarini Dome glass lid, Ø 16 cm

The Ballarini Dome is a domed glass lid for 16 cm pots and pans. The dome lets steam circulate underneath so food heats evenly, and the glass lets you keep an eye on the cooking.

The black plastic handle stays comfortable on the hob, but it means the lid is not oven-safe. It is dishwasher-safe, though a hot lid should never be cooled with cold water.
