Description
Bissell 3686 — carpet cleaner hose rinsing tool for the SpotClean Pro, SpotClean Pet Pro, MultiClean Spot & Stain. The tool decides how much water returns to the tank and how much stays in the carpet: the tighter it presses into the pile, the drier the surface after each pass. A worn or missing tool is the most common reason behind "the machine dries worse than it used to", and replacing it costs little next to the price of the cleaner.
