Description
Pre-cut vacuum bags are ready to use: put the food in and seal the bag with your vacuum sealer. The textured film lets the machine draw out all the air, and food packed without air keeps longer.
The strong, tear-resistant bag protects against freezer burn and aroma loss, is microwave-capable and ideal for sous vide: it can be cooked in water at 100 °C for up to 8 hours.
