DeepCool Z10 is a thermal paste for fitting a CPU cooler: it fills the microscopic gaps between the processor lid and the cooler base. Thermal conductivity is 6.5 W/m·K and thermal impedance 0.08 °C·cm²/W. It works from −50 to 200 °C.
