Lenovo Idea Tab Plus 12.1" 2.5K Tablet 12GB 256GB Luna Grey with Pen

The 12.1-inch IPS panel runs at 2560 x 1600 pixels, giving text, photos and video a clean, detailed look. The large canvas makes split-screen work far more comfortable than on a phone, whether you are reading a document beside a browser or following a recipe while messaging. IPS technology keeps colours consistent when the tablet is viewed from an angle, and 10-point multi-touch handles pinch, zoom and gestures smoothly.

Under the hood sits the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chip, designed to keep everyday Android tasks responsive. Browsing, video streaming, video calls, office apps and note-taking all run comfortably, and switching between apps feels fluid. Combined with the large memory pool, it gives the tablet enough headroom for typical home, school and light work use without constant reloading of apps in the background.

With 12 GB of LPDDR4x memory, the Idea Tab Plus keeps plenty of apps open at once. The 256 GB of internal storage leaves room for apps, offline films, music, e-books and photos. Note that the memory is soldered to the board, so it cannot be upgraded later, which makes the generous 12 GB a sensible starting point for keeping the tablet usable over the years.

If 256 GB is not enough, the microSD card slot supports cards of up to 1000 GB. That makes it easy to carry a large media library, store downloaded series for travel or keep project files separate from the system storage. Expanding with a memory card is a simple, affordable way to add space without having to choose a pricier storage configuration up front.

A 10200 mAh lithium-ion battery powers the tablet, giving it a large energy reserve for reading, streaming and note-taking throughout the day. The battery is built in. Please note that this package does not include a power adapter, so you will need a compatible charger; many households already have one, which helps keep the overall cost down.

The Lenovo Tab Pen comes in the box, so there is no need to buy a stylus separately. Use it for handwritten notes in lectures, marking up PDFs, quick sketches or precise selection in photo-editing apps. On the roomy 12.1-inch screen, writing feels natural, turning the tablet into a digital notebook for students and anyone who prefers jotting ideas down by hand.

The tablet connects to the internet over Wi-Fi 802.11ac and pairs with wireless headphones, speakers and keyboards over Bluetooth 5.2. It is a Wi-Fi-only model with no 3G, 4G or 5G and no NFC, making it ideal for home, office and campus use. An 8 MP front camera handles video calls, while the 13 MP rear camera is handy for scanning documents and snapping whiteboards. It runs Android 15 or later.
