MikroTik CSS318-16G-2S+IN Cloud Smart Switch, 16 Gigabit Ports

The MikroTik CSS318-16G-2S+IN is a Cloud Smart Switch in a desktop case, and a cheap way to add managed wired ports to a home office, small business or lab. You get 16 Gigabit RJ-45 ports on a switch that runs SwitchOS, which makes it a great deal for anyone outgrowing an unmanaged box.

Managed networking without the complexity

• 16 x 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ-45 ports – connect PCs, NAS drives, printers and access points over fast wired links.
• SwitchOS – configure the switch through a straightforward interface instead of dealing with a full router OS.
• 2 x SFP+ slots – the model name points to two SFP+ uplinks for linking to other gear.
• Desktop case – sits neatly on a shelf or desk, with no rack required.

A good fit for small offices, home labs and anyone who wants more control over a wired network at a sensible price. Pick it up when your current switch has run out of ports.
