MikroTik hEX S RB760iGS Router, 5x Gigabit LAN, SFP, PoE Out

The MikroTik hEX S (RB760iGS) is a compact wired router that packs a dual-core 880 MHz CPU and 256 MB RAM into a small box, which makes it a cheap way to get advanced RouterOS routing at home or in a small office. A 24V 1.2A power adapter is included, so you can plug it in straight away.

Big router features, small footprint

• 5 Gigabit LAN ports plus a 1.25 Gbit/s SFP cage for wired devices and fibre or SFP modules.
• PoE output on port 5 powers other passive PoE devices, and the router itself accepts 802.3af/at PoE input.
• IPsec hardware encryption (about 470 Mbps) for VPN use, plus support for The Dude server package.
• RouterOS L4, USB 2.0 and a microSD slot (card included) for file storage and Dude data.

A good fit if you want a wired-only router with plenty of control and don't need Wi-Fi. It has no battery and works across an operating temperature range of -40°C to 70°C. Pair it with your own access point if you need wireless coverage.
