The TP-Link TL-SG1005P-PD is an unmanaged five-port gigabit switch that takes its own power through one port from a PoE++ switch or injector and passes it on to four PoE+ ports. No separate adapter is needed (it doesn't support AC or DC power at all), so it suits spots where only a network cable has been run.
