The TP-Link TL-SG1016D is an unmanaged 16-port gigabit switch in a steel case that can sit on a desk or go into a rack. The ports detect link speed and cable type on their own (Auto MDI/MDIX), so no crossover cable is needed. The switch learns MAC addresses by itself.
