How to choose
- Power. for heavy yeast dough go for 1000 W or more; cream and sponge batter are fine with less
- Bowl size. four litres covers normal family baking, a bigger bowl pays off if you bake double batches
- Attachments. a dough hook, whisk and beater are standard; a slicer, mincer or blender turns the machine into a full food processor
