The NexBlue Edge Max is the MID-certified version of the Edge 2: the same 22 kW wall charger, but with MID-certified metering of the energy delivered. That helps when, for example, the cost of charging a company car at home has to be shown precisely to the employer. The maker says it is also ready for bidirectional charging; an electrician handles mounting and connection.
The maker positions the Edge Max for small sites and advanced home use. It connects over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
