The Samsung T9 is an external SSD with a USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 interface and the NVMe protocol, reading at up to 2000 MB/s and writing at up to 1950 MB/s. Samsung says a 2 GB file moves in about a second, which helps with video editing and large photo libraries. For full speed, the computer port must also support USB 3.2 Gen 2x2.

The maker highlights: it works with Windows, macOS, Android devices and game consoles, and USB-C to USB-C and USB-C to USB-A cables are included. A dotted non-slip finish keeps the 122 g drive secure in your hand, and Dynamic Thermal Guard prevents slowdowns from overheating.
